Terms of Service

Six Pixel Solutionsprovides website design and development, AI-enhanced content, managed hosting, CMS platform setup, SEO optimisation, and related digital services (collectively, "Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed in writing between you ("Client") and Six Pixel Solutions prior to commencement of work.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

All project work is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or order form) which, together with these Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Six Pixel Solutions. In the event of a conflict, the written project agreement takes precedence over these Terms.

• Revisions — The Basic plan includes 5 revision rounds; additional rounds are available at $100 per 5 revisions. Custom engagements include unlimited revisions unless otherwise stated.
• Turnaround — Standard turnaround for the Basic plan is 2–3 business days from receipt of all required content and assets.
• Client responsibilities — Timely delivery of content, assets, feedback, and approvals is required. Delays caused by the Client may affect turnaround commitments.

Payment terms are specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work if payments are not received as agreed. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise specified in writing.

Upon receipt of full payment, Six Pixel Solutions assigns to the Client all intellectual property rights in the custom work product created specifically for that Client, excluding:

• Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
• Third-party components governed by their own licences (e.g. open source libraries).

Six Pixel Solutions retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

You agree not to use the Site or our Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or our infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or related systems.

The Site and our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Six Pixel Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Six Pixel Solutions in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Six Pixel Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (i) your use of the Site or Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
